Catered Meals for the Montana Army National Guard Warrior Wellness Program

1. The Montana Army Nation Guard (MTARNG) has a requirement for catered meals at Fort Harrison, Montana. The period of performance for this requirement is 16 January 2026 through 30 January 2026. Meals shall be prepared at the vendor�s location and delivered to a designated dining hall on Fort Harrison. Meals shall be prepared and delivered per the specifications in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). 2. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. 3. Solicitation number W9124V26QA001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those which will govern this acquisition. 4. Offerors are reminded that they are required to submit a 14 day sample menu for their offer to be considered.
