Transportation Services for Static Display Training Aircraft

Volk Field ANGB is seeking preliminary market research information from capable and reliable sources to gain knowledge of potential qualified small business sources capable of Transportation Services for Static Display Training Aircraft. Objective: The objective of this requirement is to obtain transportation services for the safe, secure, and efficient relocation of multiple 4th and 5th generation static display military aircraft from various locations across the continental United States to Volk Field Air National Guard Base (ANGB) in Camp Douglas, Wisconsin. These aircraft will be used for Crash Damaged Disabled Aircraft Recovery (CDDAR) training operations conducted by military personnel. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFQ, IFB or RFP in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the U.S. Government is NOT seeking quotes, bids or proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this source sought notice.
