TEGUC - Preventive Maintenance Services for Electric Switchgears

The American Embassy in Tegucigalpa requires preventive maintenance services for Electrical Switchgear systems within the embassy compound.? Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.? These services will ensure that all switchgear systems are serviced in accordance with the manufacturer�s recommendations to maintain readiness and proper system operation. The anticipated performance period is for one year with option to extend services for two years. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed-price type contract. ?All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
