Division of Readiness and Response Science Community Based Solutions and Health Equity Infection Prevention Toolkit

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation is attached to this announcement. The solicitation number for this requirement is 75D301-24-Q-77876 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using FAR Subpart 13.1 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the requirement for �Division of Readiness and Response Science Community Based Solutions and Health Equity Infection Prevention Toolkit�, purchased over a one-year period with the delivery dates specified in Section B of this RFQ and Section C Statement of Work.
