- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, search queries
- Device information: Browser type, IP address, operating system
- Cookies: Session cookies for authentication (required), preference cookies (optional)

- Provide the Service: Match you with relevant contracts, generate capability statements, power AI features
- Communications: Send account notifications, alert matches, and Agent Sam responses
- Improve the Service: Analyze usage patterns to improve features and user experience

- AI processing: Company descriptions may be sent to AI language model providers to generate content. No personally identifiable information beyond company details is shared.

- Active accounts: Data is retained as long as your account is active
- Deleted accounts: Personal data is deleted within 30 days of account deletion. Anonymized analytics data may be retained.
- Email communications: Agent Sam email threads are retained for 1 year, then automatically deleted
- Logs: Server logs containing IP addresses are retained for 90 days

- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data
