1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GovSeeker ("the Service"), operated by GovSeeker LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GovSeeker is a government procurement intelligence platform that provides:

• Federal contract and opportunity search (sourced from SAM.gov, FPDS, USASpending)
• AI-powered contract matching and analysis via Agent Sam
• Capability statement generation and readiness tools
• Vendor intelligence, labor rate data, and market analytics
• Email notifications and alert matching

Data is sourced from publicly available federal government databases. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of government data.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

One account per person. Sharing accounts or credentials is prohibited.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

GovSeeker offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly via Square. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

• You may cancel at any time via Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds for partial months. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your paid period.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice via email.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use automated tools (bots, crawlers) to access the Service without written permission
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Service data without authorization
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. AI-Generated Content

Agent Sam and other AI features generate content using machine learning models. AI-generated content (capability statements, analysis, recommendations) is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI outputs.

You retain ownership of content you create using our AI tools. We do not claim ownership of your capability statements, proposals, or company data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, features, and original content are owned by GovSeeker LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Government data displayed on the Service is in the public domain.

You grant us a limited license to use content you upload (capability statements, logos) solely to provide the Service to you.

8. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Government procurement data is sourced from SAM.gov, FPDS, USASpending.gov, and other federal databases. This data may contain errors, delays, or omissions. Always verify information directly with the contracting agency before making business decisions.

GovSeeker is not affiliated with or endorsed by SAM.gov, GSA, or any federal agency.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOVSEEKER LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST CONTRACTS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.
